I’m a Mexican American dude, and apparently the words “beaner” and “spic” are slurs. I’ve been called white beaner and guerro (white washed Hispanic) all throughout highschool and even my super white wife calls me wetback every now and then, but all the times I’ve been called those, it was never in the context of being racist or trying to make a nasty remark to me, not that I would care anyhow. Anyways, I think in the initial video she made, she didn’t use the n bomb to be racist at all, it’s basically in the same context as stated above, I grew up in Chiraq and I would always hear people, mostly black and some white people, say “yeah dat boy there is my neighbor” for example. Where I think she’s wrong is double triple quadrupling down; she saw people were upset with her using the neighbor word and intentionally used it to show she didn’t care and to cause outrage lol, I personally didn’t even notice she used that word until I kept seeing posts on Twitter about her and people seemed pissed and I just thought “lol tf is there to be mad about, idc if she’s white, she used it in an appropriate context” but then I saw this video that she didn’t backtrack which is still aight in my book but then she had to go keep saying it lol So remind me in about 30 days, to go check the link out lol
